The Kettler Gymnic Heavymed is designed for group or individual training to concentrate their weight in a compact volume. It is filled exclusively with water and the surface allows you to achieve a good grip. The textured surface design allows for an easy grip, and thanks to its resiliency, Heavymed does not damage the surface when it hits the ground. Use different weights to work on strength, endurance, speed or technique. A booklet with some example exercises is included in the package.
